Screen Shots 🫣

When off-ball defenders slide to help or have to show and approach, they block the goalie’s view. Catch and release quickly and you’ve got the advantage.

🔑 Keep your space. Don’t step in and give it away to the defender closing on you.

🔑 Hands extended. Get the head of your stick around the defender.

🔑 Let it fly. It doesn’t need to be perfect. Put it to a pipe away from the goalie’s body and make them save it.

Save it. Practice it. Use it 🤝

Shooters vs Stoppers Clinic, October 24th. Space is limited. Link in bio.

There’s nothing more expensive than being cheap!

You might spend less money, but you’ll spend much more time setting up the cheap one everytime🙌🏼

Time is money, and I don’t like wasting either ⏳
