16 days later, and it feels like months.
I'm still broken-hearted. I aint ever cried this much in my life.

I love you, momma. You fought hard, and Im gonna fight harder for you.

Many don't know your story, but soon, everyone will.

Rena Smith will never be forgotten.

Them: Is there anything you need?
Me: My momma

My heart feels like a hole is in it.
Stomach in pain every night I lay down.
Brain racing, trying not to explode.
My momma is the first thing on my mind when I open my eyes.

I want my momma, man. by @elevate.the.mind

Enjoying my weekend before I begin my six week detox and workout regimen with my personal trainer.

I am happy to know I have inspired other friends to join me in cleaning up our diets and taking our health and fitness to the next level. If you would like to join me on my detox here are the details below:
.
.
.
.
All fresh fruit
All fresh veggies
All home cooked meals that
avoid added sugar, dairy, and deep fried foods.
Only water and herbal tea (of course smoothies too)
Minimum of 45 minute workouts at least 4x a week

I will post a video giving more details and answering your questions.
