The hardest part about being an entrepreneur isn't always the long hours...

Sometimes it's feeling like you're doing it all alone.

I've been in business for almost 4 years, and I can honestly tell you—it hasn't been easy.

There were so many nights where I'd have a new business idea and think, "Am I crazy... or could this actually work?" 🤯

When most of your friends and family aren't entrepreneurs, it's hard to find people who truly understand what you're building.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to figure it all out by myself.

I invested in a business mindset coach, and it completely shifted the way I run my business. She helped me create better boundaries, build systems, manage my time, and actually work less while accomplishing more.

Sometimes all it takes is someone from the outside to see what you can't.

That's exactly why I created Elevate Experience: Empowering Boss Ladies.

I want to create the room I wish I had when I was first starting—a room filled with ambitious women, experienced mentors, business coaches, entrepreneurs, and genuine connections that can help you get to your next level.

Business doesn't have to be lonely.

If you're dreaming about starting a business, growing the one you already have, or simply looking for a community that understands your journey...

📍 November 7th is where you need to be.

💌 DM me "BOSS" and I'll add you to the VIP email list so you'll be the first to receive event updates, speaker announcements, and ticket information.

Let's elevate together. 💖 by @elevate_byerika

What Do I do If My Business Is Plateauing?

🚨 The fastest way to grow your business? Get in the right room. 🚨

One of the best investments I've ever made was hiring a mentor. Why? Because mentors help you see the blind spots, avoid costly mistakes, and get to your goals faster.

In the last 6 months alone, I've accomplished more with the help of a business mindset coach than I did in the previous 3 years trying to figure it all out on my own. 💡

Every top performer has a coach. Athletes have coaches. CEOs have coaches. Successful entrepreneurs have mentors. Success leaves clues.

That's exactly why I'm so excited about Elevate Experience: Empowering Boss Ladies happening on November 7th at the Courtyard Marriott in Monterey Park. ✨

You'll have the opportunity to learn from experts, coaches, business leaders, and entrepreneurs who have already walked the path and can help you get to the next level.

Whether you're just starting your business, looking to scale, or feeling stuck and need fresh perspective, this event is for you.

💌 DM me the word BOSS and I'll add you to the VIP email list so you can receive event updates, speaker announcements, and ticket information.

Rooms where the conversations are about building businesses, creating wealth, becoming better leaders, strengthening your faith, and walking boldly in your purpose.

Not rooms where the loudest conversation is about someone who isn’t even there.

Your environment matters. The women you surround yourself with can either keep you comfortable in who you’ve been or challenge you to become the woman God is calling you to be.

That’s exactly why I created ELEVATE.

On November 7th, we’re bringing ambitious, purpose-driven women into one room to connect, learn, grow, and remind each other that there’s enough room for all of us to win.

Different women. Different stories. Different businesses. One room built to ELEVATE each other.

If you know you need to be in this room, COMMENT “Boss” and I’ll send you the details. by @elevate_byerika

From our Elevate website and The E-List to our newsletters, ticketing platform, and the systems working behind the scenes—Carlos and his team helped make it all happen! 🚀

Because having a big vision is one thing. Having the right people and technology to execute it is EVERYTHING!

Happy Thursday!!! ☀️💚

You already know I wear MANY hats! 😂🎩

Just hopped on LIVE to share a little more about one of my other passions — helping families protect their financial future through life insurance with living benefits! ❤️

I’m especially looking to connect with:

✨ Women in business who want to protect what they’re working so hard to build.

💕 Moms with young children who want to make sure their families are financially protected.

💼 Ambitious, self-motivated individuals who are exploring a flexible side hustle or an additional income opportunity in the financial services industry!

Whether you’re curious about financial protection or interested in learning about the business opportunity, I’d love to connect!

No pressure, just conversations, education, and opportunities! 🥰

Slide into my DMs! Let’s talk! 💌

You don’t need to be the biggest name in your industry.

You don’t need the most followers, the biggest team, or the loudest voice in the room.

You need to become unforgettable to the people you serve.

Because the businesses that grow aren’t always led by the most well-known people.

They’re led by people who know who they are, communicate their value with confidence, build real relationships, and leave an impact long after they leave the room.

That’s what ELEVATE is about.

On November 7th, we’re bringing together ambitious women who are ready to elevate the way they lead, connect, show up, and build.

You don’t have to become more like everyone else to reach your next level.

You have to become more of YOU.

Comment BOSS and I’ll send you the details for ELEVATE. by @elevate_byerika

Our parents taught us how to survive.

Now we get to learn how to build.

That distinction matters.

A lot of the money lessons we grew up with came from real experience:

Save everything.
Avoid debt.
Don’t talk about money.
Work hard.
Be grateful for what you have.

Those beliefs helped many families make it through seasons of uncertainty, immigration, sacrifice, and starting over.

They were not foolish.
They were protective.

But some lessons that made sense for one generation may need an update for the next.

Saving still matters - but so does understanding inflation and investing.

Avoiding reckless debt still matters - but not every form of debt serves the same purpose.

Privacy still matters - but silence can leave the next generation financially unprepared.

Hard work still matters - but effort without a plan can keep a family running in place.

And protection still matters - but today’s financial tools deserve to be understood clearly, not dismissed or oversold.

This is what first-gen wealth building can look like:

Keep the values.
Upgrade the strategy.

Honor the sacrifice that got you here.

Then build something even stronger with what you know now.

Swipe through for 5 money beliefs many of us grew up hearing - and how to update them without disrespecting where they came from.

Comment "UPGRADE" and tell me which one you heard the most growing up.
