ELEVATE-Ask a PT Consultation ~ yesterday @modern_movement_yoga ~ It was the perfect time to ask those questions about a nagging pain, new ache, old injury, etc. I also loved being able to share my paradigm & treatment approach of 1:1 sessions which could include Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping, stretching, exercise, Yoga movement, etc. depending on your individual needs & circumstances. I use a holistic lens to shape a better way to manage & treat your pain quickly, so that you can stay active or swiftly return to the activities that matter to you. Recent Client Experiences~ “I haven’t had one [migraine] since my session with you! So thankful!! Now I have another tool in my arsenal for them. Thanks so much for checking on me!” “I really think the dry needling made a significant difference in relaxing all those muscles in my shoulder and upper back. It’s kinda crazy considering I’ve tried so many different things without getting similar results! I definitely want to do it again. Thanks for checking in. I actually meant to text you over the weekend bc I really can’t believe the difference!” “I feel good. My butt cheek [piriformis/gluteal pain] feels like it’s been through a workout, but no pain. 🙌🏼 “ “I’m feeling great. Very minimal pain from my injury.” DM or text if you’re ready to learn more or book a session. Also, be on the lookout for another ELEVATE pop-up event with 60 minute sessions @modern_movement_yoga in October! by @elevate_chs
