Happy early Halloween! 🎃👻 When your Pilates instructor says “PULSE!” and you realize there’s no escaping the burn… even in costume! 😂 A little BOO-ty burn never hurt anybody! 🖤 #pilatesinstructor #halloweenfun🎃 #pilateshumor #happyearlyhalloween #pilatesisforeverybody by @elevate_with_mel

Every workout, every healthy choice, every little step forward is an investment in YOU. #disciplineovermotivation #fitnessjourney #mindsetmatters #strongereveryday by @elevate_with_mel

Depression hates a moving target.
I suffer from seasonal depression, and I know how hard the darker months can be mentally and emotionally.
If you’re struggling this season, please give yourself grace. Take a walk, stretch, dance in your living room, try Pilates, pick up those weights, or simply get outside for a little fresh air.

Locked in. 🔒 I have my moments, too, but I never let them stop me. No matter how I feel, I get up, show up, and get to it. Discipline over motivation. Every single time. #lockedin #healthiswealth #moveyourbody #disciplineovermotivation #mentalstrength by @elevate_with_mel

Never give up on yourself. You may not see the light right now, but keep going. The version of you you’re becoming is worth every hard day you had to survive. #moveyourbody #pilatesinstructor #corestrength #nevergiveup #discipline by @elevate_with_mel

This is what being home alone in your 30s looks like 😂💃🏽
Dancing, working out, taking selfies, and enjoying my own company.
Honestly… I might be enjoying my solitude a little TOO much. 😂💕

Don’t stop pushing yourself.
Discipline will take you places motivation never could.
Keep showing up until the life you imagined becomes the life you’re living. #moveyourbody #keepshowingup #reformerpilates #disciplineovermotivation #mindbodyconnection by @elevate_with_mel

What could have broken me became the reason I keep showing up.

I stopped asking, “Why me?”
And started asking, “What can I build from this?”

Pain became discipline.
Discipline became strength.
And strength became the woman I am today.

I survived what was supposed to destroy me.
Now watch me become everything it tried to convince me I couldn’t be. #healthiswealth #moveyourbody #fitnessjourney #selflove #discipline by @elevate_with_mel
