MINDSET MONDAY | Be the Teammate You’d Want.

Be the teammate who celebrates someone else’s progress. Who offers encouragement when things get hard. Who brings a positive attitude, even on the tough days.

You don’t have to be the best athlete in the room to make a difference in it.

The way you treat your teammates matters just as much as the work you put in.

Build others up. Celebrate the wins. Be someone your team can count on.

Great teams aren’t built by talent alone. They’re built by athletes who choose to make each other better. ⚡️

BEYOND THE MAT | Not everything will go the way you hoped.

You might miss a skill, receive a disappointing grade, lose a competition, or watch someone else get an opportunity you wanted.

It's okay to feel disappointed. But don't let one hard moment convince you that your story is over.

Romans 12:12 reminds us to remain hopeful, patient through difficulty, and constant in prayer.

You can't always control the outcome, but you can control how you respond. You can learn from the experience, keep working, and trust God even when you don't understand His timing.

Remember, a disappointing moment doesn't make you a disappointment.

Give yourself grace, take the lesson with you, and keep moving forward.

God is still working in you, even when life doesn't go according to plan.

Don't let what went wrong today steal your hope for tomorrow.

Life happens, and we understand that sometimes your athlete may need to miss class! ❤️🖤

We want to help your athlete stay on track, so here’s what to do if they can’t make it:

⚡️ Let our front desk know about the absence.
⚡️ Check whether the absence qualifies for a makeup.
⚡️ Reach out to find an available class.
⚡️ Use your makeup within 2 months of the missed class date.

Please remember that makeup classes are subject to availability. If you have questions or need help finding a class, our front desk team is happy to help!

Every great tumbler starts somewhere! ⚡

Our Shapes & Intro to Tumble classes are designed for athletes ages 3–5 who are ready to learn, move, and build confidence. From developing coordination and body awareness to learning the foundations of tumbling, we help little athletes build a strong start in a supportive environment.

No experience is needed. Just a willingness to learn and a little room to grow!

❤️ Athletes must be fully potty trained to enroll
