16 days into 75 hard and I’ve already learned a lot. 1. Drinking a gallon of water is much more manageable when you finish your first 64 oz by noon. 2. Two workouts a day is a big commitment with 3 kids! 3. Diet? I’ve focused on sticking to gluten free and my inflammation is down like CRAZY! It might not look like much, but the way my body isn’t as “full” feels amazing. 4. No amount of water or cutting out gluten will make my hands smaller or less swollen. 🥴5. It’s much more manageable to accomplish this each day with accountability! So grateful for my girl Sara. ♥️♥️Here’s to the next 59 days. Let’s goooo! by @elevated__style
