Adapt and destroy was the common theme during our most recent trip to Maui with the @hi5sfoundation. We did just that and here’s the proof.

This organization means the world to myself and so many others. They give folks with disabilities the ability to transcend what’s considered unobtainable by a cripple. Finding that sense of adventure and confidence to go out and achieve unimaginable goals is what life is all about.

These types of accomplishments simply aren’t possible without a community that believes and supports organizations like @hi5sfoundation & their missions. It really does take a village.

After a 3 year hiatus, I’m back to surfing again. Had such a blast surfing in Oceanside at the U.S. Open Adaptive Surfing Championships. I had the highest scoring waves in 2 out of my 3 heats & barely missed the Championship Heat. This wave & heat were the highlight of the competition for me. Felt like free surfing with the homie’s.

Congratulations to all the Champions in their respective divisions. Huge shout out to the High Fives Foundation for supporting me in my quest to get back on the waves. It’s been 11 years since this magnificent mountain crippled me. I still miss these mountains dearly. My work allows me to live vicariously through other artists lenses. I’m still grateful for all the wonderful moments I had in the mountains!

Fun to watch @ebbett_abraham & his @aceslacrosseclub teammates play in the Vegas Showcase last weekend. This was the first time the Pinnacle 2029’s played together in a tournament. They came up short in the Championship, but they battled hard all weekend! by @elevatedimg
