Great photos start with a photo-ready home. A few small details can make a big difference:

🍂 FALL COLORS ARE POPPING! 🍂

The aspens around Vail are really starting to show off, and golden season is officially getting started. 👀🏔️

I also caught the final Hot Summer Nights performance of the summer at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater 🎶 — and it’s one of those Vail traditions that makes summer in the mountains so fun.

A few things I love:
🎸 Free live music
🥪 You can bring your own food and make it a picnic
🏔️ The setting is pretty hard to beat

And the best part? Hot Summer Nights will be back with a full lineup next summer!

For now, I’ll be soaking up every bit of fall foliage. 🍂
