We don’t need more fixing, we need more spaces that make us feel human again. 💖 by @elevatenation_

Some recurring issues exercising alone 👇🏽

* Longer workouts due to distractions
* Stressful workout planning
* Plateaued progress
* Struggles with motivation

What separates our group classes is the structure of our program. Some classes are too high on HIIT, cross fit or strength training.

So, drawing from the coaches athletic background we created a balanced structure. It incorporates pilates, yoga, strength & conditioning, emphasizing mobility and functional movements to benefit daily tasks and also see results that are sustainable.

Build your speed by working on the these elements

1. Mechanics - making sure the body is moving efficiently

2. Plyos - attacking the floor and making the contact fast and powerful

3. Strength/ Power - producing large amounts of force quickly

4. Sprinting - get the reps in and sprint to practice the movement by @elevatenation_

Weight isn’t changing? Not a problem!

The ratio of muscle mass to body fat plays a huge role in how you look and feel. If weight is the only way you are tracking progress then here’s a few ideas!

- Measurements
- Progress pictures
- Clothing fit
- Body fat %
- Strength changes
- How you feel day to day!

Heyyy gym besties 💛👋🏽

Last week I switched things up and tried the Pilates + Athletic Core class at Elevate with @kineticsbyk … and let me tell you, MY CORE WAS WORKINGGGG 😮‍💨🔥

I usually train with a lot of traditional strength training, so this was a fun change of pace and challenged my body in a completely different way!

And honestly? Sometimes your body needs a little ✨plot twist✨. 😂

Trying different styles of training can challenge your muscles in new ways, improve your movement, and keep your workouts FUN!

So if you’re looking to train like an athlete, build a strong core AND have fun while doing it… come join us! 🏋🏽‍♀️🔥

FOUNDATIONAL WORK ⚾️ U10 baseball athlete building the base:

• Coordination
• Balance + body control
• Strength
• Rotational power by @elevatenation_

Athletes experiencing ankle and knee pain?

Yes?

Here’s what you need to add to your workout routine!
1. Calf raises and Single leg calf raises
2. Tibialis raises

Perform these 2-3x a week as the following:
2 sets of 10 reps
2 sets of 20-30 second isometric holds by @elevatenation_

And when I say moving different, I mean refusing to box my body into one way of training.

There’s so much noise telling us to pick a lane: lift, run, do Pilates, train for aesthetics, train for performance.

But the body doesn’t move in one lane. It rotates, accelerates, decelerates, bends, braces, jumps, pushes, pulls and adapts.
So why would I train it one way?

I don’t want to specialize in a style of movement.
I want the freedom to move in every way my body was built to.

Meet Coach Dishon @nz.elevate

With over 15 years of competitive soccer experience, Dishon knows what it means to train with purpose and push his body to perform at a high level. When his competitive soccer career came to an end, he found a new outlet in strength training and fitness, continuing to challenge himself while building strength, athleticism and confidence.

As a coach at Elevate, Dishon brings that athletic background and experience into every session. His goal is to help people build bodies that not only look strong, but move well, perform well and feel strong.

Whether your goal is improving athletic performance, building muscle, getting stronger, increasing your overall fitness or simply becoming a better version of yourself, Dishon is here to help you get there. by @elevatenation_

SUMMER GAMES 2026 🏆

A day of getting out of our comfort zones, pushing a little harder, hitting PRs we didn’t think were possible, competing, laughing and showing up for each other.

Thank you to every single person who makes this community what it is. Elevate is so much more than a place to train. 🫶🏽

Until next year. 🚀 by @elevatenation_
