The demand for elite executive support is shifting right now, and I saw it coming.

Better money
Real flexibility
Executives who actually need you.

Everyone wants in. But being in demand, and being indispensable aren’t the same.

I remember the first time I heard my executive say, “If you need anything reach out to Gretchen, she’s an extension of me and can get you whatever you need.”

I thought FINALLY, he trusts me.

Not because I worked harder than everyone else, or had more experience or more certifications. But because I had spent months learning how he thought, staying ahead of what he needed, and showing up like a partner before anyone ever asked me to.

Nobody taught me how to do that. I just figured it out…the hard way, over time, through A LOT of trial and error.

And that’s the problem.

Most EAs are never given the framework for how to get there. You’re just expected to figure it out. So you keep showing up, doing the work, and wondering why the trust never quite forms the way you know it could.

That’s why I built this.

Join me live for The Indispensable EA: How to Become the Partner Every Executive Relies on. The masterclass is happening on Wednesday, June 3rd at 7pm EST, and it’s completely free. Whether you’re just getting started or you have been doing this for years and are tired of being overlooked and not paid to your potential, this is for you.

P.s. Right after the masterclass I’m opening enrollment for The Indispensable EA; a six module self-paced professional training program built around everything I’m teaching. Details will be shared at the end of the masterclass for those who are ready to take the next step.

Real Children. Real Potential. 🇬🇭

Look at the joy. The confidence. The possibility.

These children already carry so much inside of them big personalities, bright minds, and dreams that deserve room to grow. Our goal is simple: help make sure access and opportunity can meet the potential that’s already there.

Real children. Real dreams. Real potential.

This is the part that really makes it real for me. These are real kids with real dreams, and we have a chance to help make things a little easier for them. 💛

We’re supporting Pediatorkope D/A Basic School again this year, and they’re still in need of school supplies, sports equipment, jerseys, and track gear.

I’m not asking for anything huge. If you can grab something from the Amazon Registry, donate a few dollars, or even just share the post, it all helps.

Campaign ends October 31.

Why This Matters.
We believe elevation means bringing others with you. These children already have the potential, the joy, and the dreams our role is to help create the access and opportunity to go further.

Where a child begins should never determine how far they can go.

The 2026 Ghana Back to School Drive is officially here.✨

Every child deserves the opportunity to walk into a classroom feeling prepared, supported, and confident about what comes next.

Through the Ghana Community Impact Program, Upper Echelon Consulting continues to support students at Pediatorkope D/A Basic School in Ada, Ghana with the tools, resources, and educational support they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

This is about access. dignity. opportunity.

It’s about helping remove barriers so that a child’s circumstances don’t determine the limits of their potential.

Throughout this campaign, we’ll be collecting school supplies, educational resources, and support for initiatives designed to create greater opportunities for the students and young women we serve.

Whether you purchase one item, make a donation, share this campaign, or simply help us spread the word, every act of generosity moves the mission forward.

Same potential. Greater access. Brighter futures.

Campaign runs through October 31, 2026.

When we elevate, we bring others with us.

Busy is being everywhere all at once. Valuable is being remembered for the times you actually showed up.

My relationships that have lasted are the ones where I slow down enough to intentionally show up, not the ones where I respond the fastest.

Busy fills a calendar. Trust takes time.

I don’t know about y’all, but I’d rather be trusted than busy. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Summer Energy: Activated.

May and June were a blur. Airports, client site visits, celebrations, good food, new nature adventures, photo shoots… and I said food right?

Staying Locked in. 🔒

But also trying to be more intentional about rest too. (Or at least doing my best, the Lord is still working on me)🙏🏽

You can be the hardest worker in the room and still feel like you’re missing something.

I didn’t have a mentor. No blueprint. Just me and a lot of figuring it out on the fly.

One day it clicked, and I realized I hadn’t been guessing. I’d been building. And I want that clarity for you.

The Indispensable EA Masterclass is June 3 at 7pm EST.
