In light of COVID-19 we are continuing Physical Therapy services, however with primary focus for our post-operative patients and clients in significant pain. We ask you to stay home if you have any type of cough or cold or if you have been with any folks who have been exposed. Implementing our new #smartcuffs Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) technology! There has been some amazing research showing the benefits of low intensity exercise combined with BFR to achieve strength gains similar to a high intensity weight training.
