A new chapter in the story of @louisxiiicognac.

Inspired by Le Grollet, the historic cellar where the House’s story began, BLACK PEARL: TRIBUTE TO THE BIRTHPLACE OF LOUIS XIII is a highly limited-edition created to reveal a new dimension of the LOUIS XIII experience.

Limited to just 398 decanters worldwide, this release introduces a first-of-its-kind temperature-driven tasting ritual, revealing different facets of the blend as it moves from cool to ambient temperature.

As Cellar Master Baptiste Loiseau describes it:
“Each tasting in Le Grollet is a deeply moving sensory experience. It reveals hidden facets of LOUIS XIII, unveiling a richer, more profound essence, akin to uncovering ancient treasures.”

In the UK, the experience comes to life at select locations including @thedorchester, @stregis.london, @grantleyhall_ and @a.wong_londonuk, with the limited-edition available exclusively at the LOUIS XIII Boutique at @harrods. by @eleven_meadow

What happens to hair when the world around it changes?

At Common Ground, we asked some of the industry’s most interesting minds to imagine what comes next.

A future where water scarcity could fundamentally reshape the way we work. Where AI gives clients a new language to articulate what they want. Where robotic assistants take on the repetition, foils, braiding, the mechanics leaving more space for the human.

And perhaps that’s the most interesting part.

As technology moves forward, the salon could become more human, not less.

A third space. Somewhere between home and work. A place to meet, listen to music, spend time, talk. Where services become slower and more sensory more touch, more massage, more care.

The tools may change. The climate will change. The language will change.

But maybe the future of hair isn’t simply about what we can automate.

Maybe it’s about protecting the things we can’t.

Thank you to our brilliant speakers and everyone who brought their thinking, curiosity and perspective to the room.

And to @k18hairpro and @eleven_meadow for helping us create the space to have these conversations.
