SCORE MARATHON 2026 - SUB-4! 🏃🏻‍♂️

Dreaming of a sub-4 marathon since my debut in 2024, and finally it came true in 2026.

2024 – 5:18
2025 – 4:33
2026 – 3:58

Shaved 35 minutes off my previous PB. Couldn’t train as planned, as I only got my new shoes 2 weeks before race day. But Alhamdulillah, I still delivered the best I could.

Special highlight to my training buddies who trained together, to my family and CZ for making sure I got plenty of rest before race day, and especially to mak, who never stopped praying for her son and always asked for updates.

Category : 21 KM Men Open Malaysian

HM yang ke-3 untuk tahun ini. Gagal pecah PB, tapi masih dalam target untuk habiskan sebelum timing 3:15.😅

SCORE MARATHON 2026 | 21KM 🏳️

I didn’t get the result i wanted, but i won’t stop chasing 🥹

The first 12KM, everything went according to plan. Around KM13, my old injury started to come back slowly and the pain got worse and changed everything

The last 5KM, i could only push myself to walk to the finish line because i couldnt bear the pain anymore

No PB this time, that day wasn’t my day 🥹 till next race!

Score Marathon 2026

Alhamdulillah setelah usaha keras 12 minggu training utk score marathon 2026 akhirnya berjaya jugakk habiskn walaupun tak capai target yg diinginkan 😮‍💨🥹🙆🏻‍♂️ route yg rolling berbukit di putrajaya ni buat aq mental jgk HAHA 🤣🫠😮‍💨

Plan asal stick utk nk dpat kan sub 2:15 utk hm kalini tapi apakan daya kita mampu merancang allah yang menentukan tapi berjaya jgk dapatkan personal best walaupun shave 1 mnit dri previous hm sblum ni 🤲🏻💯🥹

Apa2 un aq ttap bersyukur dengan apa yng aku usahakan selama ni habiskn masa training apa semua lah & overall aq bangga jgk dgn apa yg aq deliver dlm race ni walaupun perasaan sedih & kecewa ada sedikit hehe 😅🙆🏻‍♂️🥹

Terima kasih buat semua kawan2 yg selalu support aq especially buat fam @17_runners yg jdi benchmark utk training plan score marathon aku tanpa diaorng aq xkn improve sejauh ni huhu love you all guyss !!! 💯❤️🙏🏻💪🏻

Plan untuk race kali nie just untuk tarik sahabat2 baik untuk buat PB dyeorg SUB 1:35 (@aiemanarieff @wmnazmiiii @_mhdhfz.r )
Tapi Apa boleh buat lain wave.. btw congrast yang PB Walaupon aku tak tarik korang.
Alhamdulillah dapat buat timing lagi baik dari tahun lepas .. tapi tahun lepas tu My idola champ @danialh6199 yang tarik..
untuk tahun nie survive sendri and follow jew sape2..
