UITM Ultra vol.7 - 104KM

From being in the top 20 of Merentas Desa masa sekolah dari Form 1-5, to someone who almost received an OKU card due to the severe accident year 2019 that left me on MC for 6 months and now standing as an Ultra Marathoner 104KM. What a journey!

18 loops, 2160m elevation gain, wouldn't have been possible without hardwork, training, proper planning, mentality prepare but paling penting, good support of those around me.

A huge thank you to my incredible wife, CZ yang walaupun tak sihat, tetiba datang bagi surprise and semangat siap massage lagi sebab husband dia rant kat dia the whole leg dah tak function but balance looping tinggal lagi 5.

Thank you Padil for staying there to support us dari pagi sabtu sampai habis event. Thank you Akram, Alip, Anis, Imon, Ezlyn for your unwavering support.

To the 2 MVPs of this journey, Zai & Nazim, thank you for pacing me through last 3 loops. Without your energy, guidance, and percaya dekat aku, aku tak tau apa jadi.

And thank you to my family, in-laws, and IG friends for constantly checking in and asking for updates. saya hargai sangat2. You guys are my energy boosters in completing this crazy journey!

SCORE MARATHON 2026 - SUB-4! 🏃🏻‍♂️

Dreaming of a sub-4 marathon since my debut in 2024, and finally it came true in 2026.

2024 – 5:18
2025 – 4:33
2026 – 3:58

Shaved 35 minutes off my previous PB. Couldn’t train as planned, as I only got my new shoes 2 weeks before race day. But Alhamdulillah, I still delivered the best I could.

Special highlight to my training buddies who trained together, to my family and CZ for making sure I got plenty of rest before race day, and especially to mak, who never stopped praying for her son and always asked for updates.

Aleps Ekiden Relay Run 2026

My first ever relay run (selain 4x100 zaman sekolah). Banyak benda unexpected jadi, especially masa transition runner. Heart rate terus naik 160 masa start 🤣 Siap dok uwekkk uwekkk masa nak pass sash dekat next runner. Malu gilaaaa. Pape pun, this was such a great experience and definitely one to remember.

Thank you @_stravart Running Club for choosing me to be one of your runners. ❤️ Thank you Stravart Helios for being such a great team since day one the group was created. And thank you CZ & everyone else yang datang support. Means a lot!
