@elforell Symi Travel Diaries ✍🏼🪸 Υπάρχουν κάποια μέρη που μοιάζουν σχεδόν μαγικά. Μέρη που, όσο όμορφα κι αν είναι, απαιτούν λίγη παραπάνω προσπάθεια για να τα ανακαλύψεις. Ίσως τελικά αυτό να είναι και ένα μέρος της γοητείας τους: βρίσκονται μακριά, δεν είναι πάντα εύκολα προσβάσιμα και χρειάζεται να διανύσεις αρκετά χιλιόμετρα για να φτάσεις σε αυτά. Η Σύμη είναι σίγουρα ένα από αυτά. Ένα μικρό νησί των Δωδεκανήσων, χωρίς αεροδρόμιο, στο οποίο φτάνεις κυρίως με πλοίο, είτε από τη Ρόδο είτε από τον Πειραιά. Ένας προορισμός που απαιτεί λίγο καλύτερο προγραμματισμό, αλλά σε αποζημιώνει από την πρώτη κιόλας στιγμή που αντικρίζεις το λιμάνι του. Τα πολύχρωμα νεοκλασικά σπίτια, χτισμένα αμφιθεατρικά γύρω από το λιμάνι, τα στενά σοκάκια και η ιδιαίτερη αρχιτεκτονική συνθέτουν ένα μαγικό σκηνικό. Blue has always been an instinctive favourite of mine. Baby blue, royal blue, deep blue — every shade and every variation of it. When I created Ypnosilk, I wanted to find a signature colour for the packaging and the paper bags, something that would feel instantly connected to the brand. I came across this particular shade of blue with a hint of purple, and I absolutely fell in love with it. It felt like me. There is blue everywhere around me. Blue in my kitchen, blue in my bedroom, blue in my wardrobe. I never really get tired of it because every shade creates a different feeling. For me, blue is not just a colour. Hypnos: god of sleep. Το όνομα του brand προέκυψε κυριολεκτικά σε ένα βράδυ. Στο canvas έφτιαξα την αρχική ιδέα του λογότυπου ενώ τη γραμματοσειρά μας εξελιξε ο υπέρ ταλαντούχος @kfyntanis. Το Ypnosilk από το 2019 πρεσβεύει ένα και μόνο σκοπό. Ποιοτικές συλλογές, one of kind παραγγελίες, bespoke δώρα και προϊόντα που αντέχουν στο χρόνο. Η φωτό στο @10amlofts από τον @yiorgos.vll. Πότε μου δεν είχα φανταστεί ότι συνεργαζόμουν με τη @luisaworld, το @heavenonearthathens , θα έφτιαχνα μαξιλαροθήκες για τον Εμμανουελ Μακρον ή τον Σεΐχη Αλ Σαούντ των Αραβικών Εμιράτων.
