150 reps per leg. Increasing weight. Decreasing reps. Pure insanity.

My favorite workout partner. Headphones in, head down, no complaints. Years of work behind us, and we’re still showing up. ✝️🤟@lasarahd

Shoutout to these 4 who have always believed in me. My entire world, my biggest supporters, and my greatest loves. 💕
And to my soulmate, @elgerardo, who surprised me by signing me up for this competition and pushed me every single day to be my best. I couldn’t have done it without you!
And to my babies, who cheered me on every step of the way and reminded me why I do it all. This one is for us! ♥️♥️♥️
