جمله ی زیر را به مناسبت تولد چهل و سه سالگی به تمام شما عزیزانم تقدیم میکنم و از شما درخواست میکنم در بزرگسالی از تقلید کردن دست بکشید. تقلید کار کودکان است که یادبگیرند و سرگرم شوند،یک بزرگسال باید فلسفه ی خودش را محکم و استوار ارائه دهد‌.
همه ما با فلسفه بدنیا میآییم اما به جای اعتماد به حس درونی خودمان به چشمانمان اعتماد میکنیم و به یک انسان مقلدِ بدون فلسفه تبدیل میشویم.

Everything begins to end one day. One day our turn comes and we start to #fantasize and our desire is happy. As time passes, desire flies away, that is the nature of desire. It goes further and the fantasy begins again. This is how life becomes bearable. That I can still have desire and I can still fantasize. We must give ourselves and others permission to go further and see and experience the things they want. But sometimes there is a lot of sadness and suffering in this path. Desire makes us happy and sad, like life.

هرچیزی شروع میشود که یک روز تمام شود. یک روز نوبت ما از راه میرسد و شروع به خیال پردازی میکنیم و میلمان خوشحال است. زمان که بگذرد میل پرواز میکند، این خاصیت میل است. میرود دورتر و خیال پردازی مجدد شروع میشود. اینگونه است که زندگی قابل تحمل میشود. این که هنوز میتوانم میل داشته باشم و هنوز میتوانم خیال پردازی کنم. ما باید این اجازه را به خودمان و دیگران بدهیم که دورتر بروند و چیزهایی که میخواهند را ببینند و تجربه کنند. اما گاهی در این مسیر غم و رنج زیادی نهفته است. میل ما را خوشحال و غمگین میکند، مثل زندگی.

These days I think about this beautiful and amazing path that pressed my bones hard, made my eyes cry, filled my heart with pain at times, made my breath short, made my words ineffective, I had to wait to find out if the path would open or not. This beautiful path is the path of obstacles that make our character. It took me a while to understand that the soul grows in suffering and loneliness and sadness and anxiety and darkness. Where there is no light but there is faith and hope. It wanted to make me understand that you had never understood the meaning of patience before. What a blessing I was given that I did not pass by here and stayed and learned. Here, I met people I never expected, this was not just a club, but a large library, a place where I do not know what would have happened to me if I had not stayed there, this was full of blessings and beauty for me. The difference here from other places is in its roots. Here you sit under the shade of trees that have experienced birds, storms and many seasons for years. You can tell by their words and their behavior that they have roots. This is the LYFT Wellness Gym . And I've found my best friends here.

اینروزها به این فکر میکنم که این مسیر زیبا و شگفت انگیز که استخوانهای مرا سخت فشرد، چشمانم را گریان کرد، قلبم را گاهی پر از رنج کرد، نفسهایم کوتاه شد، کلامم را بی اثر کرد، مجبور شدم منتظر بمانم تا بفهمم راه باز خواهد شد یا نه. این مسیر زیبا مسیر موانعیست که شخصیت ما را میسازد. کمی زمان برد تا بفهمم روح در رنج و تنهایی و غم و اضطراب و تاریکی رشد میکند. جایی که نور نیست اما ایمان و امید هست. میخواست به من بفهماند تو هرگز معنای صبر را پیش از این نفهمیده بودی. چه موهبتی نصیب من شد که از اینجا عبور نکردم و ماندم و یادگرفتم. اینجا، مردمی را ملاقات کردم که هرگز انتظارش را نداشتم، اینجا نه فقط یک باشگاه، بلکه یک کتابخانه بزرگ بود، جایی که اگر در آنجا نمیماندم نمیدانم چه اتفاقی برایم میافتاد، اینجا برای من پر از برکت و زیبایی بود. تفاوت اینجا با جاهای دیگر در ریشه هایش هست. اینجا در زیر سایه درختانی مینشینی که سالهاست پرنده ها، و طوفانها و فصلهای زیادی را تجربه کرده اند. میتوانی از کلامشان و رفتارشان بفهمی ریشه دارند. اینجا باشگاه لیفت است. و من بهترین دوستانم را اینجا یافته ام. taken in Lyft Wellness Ladies Fitness Center by @elhammindset

I #lost a lot, I was very #sad, I #cried a lot, I #missed a lot, I was very lonely, I spent nights that I didn't think would come in the #morning but I woke up with the warmth of the #sun. I was hurt so bad , I was very ignored, I #suffered a lot. But I never #despaired, I always watched my #mother, I never found her despairing. She was the mountain of my life. She is the #mountain of my life.

بسیار باختم، بسیار غمگین شدم، بسیار گریستم، بسیار دلتنگ شدم، بسیار تنها ماندم، شبهایی را پشت سر گذاشتم که فکر نمیکردم صبح شود اما با گرمای آفتاب بیدار شدم. بسیار رنجیدم، بسیار نادیده گرفته شدم، بسیار رنج بردم. اما هرگز ناامید نشدم، من همیشه مادرم را تماشا میکردم، من هرگز او را ناامید نیافتم. او کوه زندگی من بود. او کوه زندگی من است.

فوتبال درس‌های مهم زندگی مانند همکاری، مصمم ماندن و غلبه بر موانع را می‌آموزد. این فقط مربوط به بازی کردن نیست. فوتبال می‌تواند به بورسیه‌های تحصیلی، شغل‌ها و بسیاری از مسیرهای دیگر منجر شود که به شکل‌گیری آینده‌ای روشن کمک می‌کند.

The current state of girls in football is more promising than ever, with the sport emerging as a fantastic avenue for young girls to learn, play, and grow.
Football camps and clubs have become increasingly inclusive, offering environments where girls of all skill levels can enhance their abilities and deepen their love for the game.
As a result, more girls are welcomed into football, where they can thrive and develop not just as players but as confident individuals. This shift towards greater acceptance and support within football programs fosters a new generation of passionate and skilled female footballers.

وضعیت فعلی دختران در فوتبال، امیدوارکننده‌تر از همیشه است، چرا که این ورزش به عنوان مسیری فوق‌العاده برای یادگیری، بازی و رشد دختران جوان در حال ظهور است.
