3 YEARS OLD 🥹 Nols we love you so much.
Happiest Birthday Gus Gus♥️

I recently asked you about your favorite everything, and when I asked about your favorite fruit you responded, “IN HEAVEN!”

Not knowing what you meant, I repeated your words, and you so excitedly responded.

“Do you mean: “🎶Love, joy, peace, patience….🎶” I started singing our Fruits of the Spirit song…

“YES!”

So let the record show, her fav fruit is no longer blueberries, it’s those of the Spirit 🕊️ by @elhammock

Em has been devouring The Boxcar Children series, so of course her 3rd grade pictures HAD to reflect that.

This isn’t her first day of school since we worked through summer, but we’ll be observing Australian summer this year😉 I’m so excited to see how she grows as a 3rd grader! taken in Sly Fox Coffeehouse by @elhammock

We slept in after a late pizza night, and our brains needed a fall cozy start before we get books out.

My apologies to my summer loving friends,

but apple pie baked oats and a homemade banana bread latte sounded so good

We’ve only seen each other 2x in 11 years and the first of those times we happened to be on the same transatlantic flight🤣

and you think we remembered to take a single picture during those hours of yapping?!

Don’t get me wrong, I have our homeschool room all planned out, but not having a room isn’t inferior/behind/lacking.

Teach those babies, take care of YOU and them ❤️‍🩹

Get your rhythm down, do school outside, have fun with it!

Comparison is the thief of joy, and I caught myself feeling less than after watching 4 reels where moms’ are just slaying with homeschool.

I’ve learned that “busy” can mean living in the shadow of the past...that pain can be an idol.

I made these exact swaps, no secrets👇🏽

🌱Toups & Co. deodorant $20.00 —> Herbal Deo $5.79
🌱Monat Vinegar Rinse $24.00 —> Detox Wash $20.00
**the 4 tinted lip oils are new to me so no swap**
🌱Monat Conditioner $45.00 —> Affinia Conditioner $8.49
🌱Monat BLACK $44.00 —> Herbal Shampoo $17.49
🌱Replacing wool balls all the time —> 2 MelaSoft dryer sheets $11.98
🌱HEB Field&Future $10.00 —> 3 LemonBright Dish Soap $12.42
🌱Seventh Gen. $5.97 —>Sol U Guard disinfectant $5.69
🌱Puracy hand soap $29.99 —> Sun Valley hand soap $19.69
🌱Blueland LaundryBooster $21.99 —> Mela Bright laundry brightener $7.99
🌱Spiru-Tein Junior $26.39 (15 Serv.) Shakeables $30.69 (30 Serv.)
🌱Toups and Co. Tallow $52.00 —> Sei Bella Vitamin C Cream $34.00

And products they threw in for free as they do often🥹
Koala Kubs baby wipes, 2 baby shampoo+wash, baby lotion, diaper rash cream
and
2 Sei Bella Facial SP which my husband will be hoarding as he pumps concrete this summer.

We were already using clean products, but I couldn’t get over the price tags.

How many of my dollars were going towards these companies marketing budgets?

What was the markup from their manufacturers?

So many passwords and websites to remember!

Our Wellness Box arrives in days, everything I need under my roof, from one single website. And no markups from their business costs are out onto my family.

I can hardly do an inbox g before we have to tear into these orders, what would you order? taken in Georgetown, Texas by @elhammock
