Finally apart of the 100kg Club 😮‍💨 I will clean this up in no time 💪🏾. To anyone reading this, this is what happens when you set a goal for yourself and then commit yourself to not just the work but the failures (L stands for lessons not losses) and the studying of your craft to the point of almost obsession. This didn’t happen by chance or because I’m better than anyone (but because I learnt about and worked on what I lacked to break and surpass my plateaus). Really good day in the office. Did these at the end of my session after weighted muscle ups, bench and some handstand/ handstand push ups and it went very well. I reckon I’ve got 180Kg this year 😏
