In a life that moves so fast, this week taught me how to be still. Who knew that the main lesson I learned wasn’t from the speaker, but from my teeth getting knocked out!? Jesus moves in mighty (and mysterious) ways.

“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.””

“our whole life is a mission trip because we aren’t home yet” - John Searle

Redcar England 2025 opened my eyes to the way the Lord works in every intricate way. From late night McDonalds runs, hikes, or getting lemon tops, Jesus was moving in ways I couldn’t understand. Witnessing our churches Fruitful partnership with the Redcar Baptist church has been the most inspiring part of it all, just knowing God has so much more in store. Church is not about how good the service is, the lights, or how well ran the program is, but it’s about the Holy Spirit pouring out and this is a direct reflection of RBC. It’s time to live every day to serve cause as the pastor of Redcar Baptist said, our whole life is a mission trip. by @eli.johnson08
