📍Sedona, Arizona. What a majestic place

I wanted to start the new year in a completely new place doing something challenging. ‘Arizona’ just kept coming out of my mouth 🫢

This hike through the red rocks was the highlight of my trip. Hiked early morning in dark with a HUGE moon to illuminate my path was definitely my favorite part. I Sang , I danced, listened to worship music and prayed my way up to the ‘The Devils Bridge’. What a view! 🫣

Ended my trip with a 4 hr train ride through Verde Canyons getting edumacated on its history. Relaxing to say the least

All in all, so grateful for it all

Spent an evening at a cute rooftop listening to a well curated piece called “What Happened To love?” 💕 a storyline about LOVE in all its forms . From heartbreak to joy.

Herb Alpert the man that led the “Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass” , which I think most of us are familiar with the his song *Spanish Flea*
Anyway this is his very own establishment , named after his technique on his trumpet.

This place has been on my list for so long and I am so happy to have spent an evening here, having a nice dinner and listening to a two hour Jazz show. WHAT A JOY 🥰

Then driving down Mulholland drive listening to Boz Scaggs was an adventure of its own

Mountains and a sunrise for breakfast 😇

📍Duarte was the starting point , drove up 210W into Hwy CA2 turning into Mt. Wilson Red Box Rd for a sunrise view.
📍kept it pushing allllllll Angeles Crest CA2 Hwy passing Wrightwood 😮‍💨
Merged into 138E/15S/210W for the last stretch 💕

📍South Lake Tahoe
HEAVENLY ☁️

Got to visit for the first time this past weekend and it was a dream 😍
Rode the Gondola to Heavenly mountain for the amazing view , got on the ridge rider coaster (all gas no breaks) and the ski lift for a smooth ride

I felt so blessed to be there 💕

✝️Prayed over Tahoe, the visitors, residents and businesses. And I thanked God for bringing me to new heights and new territory 🙏 because although I made the plans it’s God that determines my steps by @eli__avocado

Started my trip from
📍Pismo Beach, CA
📍Dinosaur caves park for a view of the oceanfront bluffs. Drove up 101 into
📍SR 154 San Marcos Pass Road (my new favorite scenic route)
📍Cachuma lake for a sketchy hike & cold plunge
Continued to SR192 to SR150 stopping at
📍Casitas Lake then up to Ojai turned to 126 to the 5 freeway all the way home baby

4 hr drive turned to 9 | I enjoyed every minute of it ♥️

New Roads & Byways

📍From Pachanga casino caught 215N into San Bernardino Mountains and drove all through CA-18 ‘Rim of the World’ passing by Lake Gregory, Lake Arrowhead, Arrowbear & finally took CA38, The backside of Big Bear Lake .
Rested at 📍Lagonita Lodge overlooking the lake 💋

The mountains are calling me and I gotta go bby, I gotta gooo 🚗 💨
