A dreamy outdoor cinema evening with @allstarscinema 🍿🎬

The perfect girls night, date night or solo date in the Algarve! Had such a lush time.

And what a stunning venue @morgadodoquintao - sunset over a vineyard, a glass of wine and great company ⭐️xoxo

There’s just something about seeing the Algarve by boat!!! ⛵️🇵🇹☀️

Loved this boat tour with @vilamoura_watersportscentre - whether you’re here on holiday or live here it’s definitely something to add to your list!

Plus take it from someone who does live here, you’ll have such a better experience in the off season as it isn’t so busy 💛

Ticked fishing off my Algarve bucket list 🎣⭐️

ANDDDD I caught a fish!!! Such a fun experience that you need to try whilst you’re in Portugal. Whether you’re a local or here on holiday… It’s SO FUN 😆

You don’t need experience, just look at me I’d never done it before and managed to catch something!

Book your fishing trip with @vilamoura_watersportscentre 🇵🇹🌊

Trying to turn my anxiety into a superpower :)))

Happy World Mental Health Day. Check on your loved ones because sometimes the one you think is thriving is the one who’s struggling the most. And pleaseeee check in on yourself too 💛

You’re allowed to feel what you feel without feeling guilty to speak to someone about it!

Not every day is sunshine and roses. And that’s okay.

I even have anxiety posting this. But if it makes one person feel less alone, it’s worth it.
You’re NOT alone, I promise.

Love, Elia xxxx

Looking for a cafe to work from in the Algarve? 👩‍💻☕️

@showroom.coffeehouse is the perfect place!

They do the best avocado on toast, and matcha in a can. Plus comfy seats and plug sockets to work from ⭐️
