Mystic Creatures, you stole my ❤️..

What a place, what an energy and what a moment with you all 🥹

As a musician, I live for these kind of moments. The atmosphere and love we created together in these two hours is hard to put into words. And all this under a lunar eclipse, with that unique vortex of peaking energy that every good festival has on a Sunday evening 🌒🤯

Honestly, I think this was my most beautiful gig of 2025 🫶

Thank you to everyone who came and shared this bubble of love, joy and movement together.. it felt so so good. I will remember this for a long time - What a closing of the season. 💫

Thank you @mystic.creatures_ @elias_goldmund @heyoka_berlin for creating such a beautiful festival, for trusting me every year to share my music and for allowing us all to connect and enjoy life at this unique place 🙏

Hope you’re all resting and recharging well,

Big hugs 🫰

Thank you for giving it your everything for this sunrise 🫶 Your energy, this incredible(!) temple right on the beach, playing surrounded by everyone boilerroom style, with the waves rolling in and lasers shooting into the sky..
This is something a DJ rarely gets to experience in his life.. and I feel very grateful to have lived this, together with you 🙏

Thank you to the incredible team behind the scenes of @reactorvenao for making us artists feel so at home and welcomed, to @assaf.allouche for your vision and trust.. and to the community of Venao for showing up with open minds and hearts, always ✨

Warum Räume für gemeinsames, freies Singen mir so viel bedeuten..

(Eng in comments)

🎶 Somatic Voice Workshop · Mittwoch, 21.10. · 20 Uhr

Hi, Im a Music Therapist now 🥹

After 3 years, I graduated with a big improvised concert on Saturday from my Masters degree and am now officially a Music Therapist DJ 😅

Jokes aside though.. These 3 years were an incredible journey and its impossible to put it all into words here. I grew a lot, struggled, cried and laughed, saw myself from many new angles.. and learned so much about this beautiful work which combines Music in all its forms with therapeutic processes.

And honestly, Im also really really proud of myself for having made it into this course as 1 out of 16 from 70+ applicants, to have stuck with it throughout all these years, sleeping in sometimes more than precarious circumstances during the seminar times, missing out on gigs, friends‘ events .. and to have written a really cool Master thesis about the Push 3 🤓
I immediately feel a voice rising up saying I shouldn’t ‚show off‘ so much and stay humble.. but today it can go back to the corner and chill tf out. Today, I AM proud and I celebrate myself. I think we should allow that to ourselves much more often 🥰

Thank you for reading along and following me on this journey.. ❤️

PS: I was also wondering - would you be interested to read about what I found out during my research with depression patients and the Push 3? by @elias.dore

Mystics 2026 - So Matsch Fun!

My fourth year on the magic island, and phew, what a ride it was.. Thank you for dancing with me on that Sunday evening, it was once again so damn beautiful with you all at the Cosmic Circus. Special shoutout to my fluffing fam with whom I got to share this weekend and who joined me for the grand finale in the booth 🙏

Full Set now online - Link in Bio 💫

But this set was also challenging me in unexpected ways →

With the weather being so intense over the weekend, I felt the exhaustion from 3 days of rain, wind, mud and cold feet on that Sunday night in my legs and whole body..
But even more challenging was what went down inside of myself..

My inner critic was so damn loud this time. I caught myself comparing this moment to the ones before. It was almost the exact same slot as 2025, which was one of my favorite sets ever..
And as you can’t really repeat memories.. what to you do then? Was the set as good? Did I live up to what I had created in the past?

At times, I felt super insecure, as if I had started DJing 2 weeks ago.. I searched for the next track to play until the last seconds of the previous one, somehow not finding anything that would fit.. some transitions felt super bad to me - and I wondered if my set and dramaturgic arc even made any sense at all.

There were moments when I honestly thought I was doing a terrible job and that I wouldn’t upload the set afterwards.. 🫠

And maybe that’s the strange thing about creating and working with something you love so much: Sometimes the more it matters to you, the harder it becomes to simply enjoy it. 🫠

Its because of this inner struggle that every smile I caught from some of you in the crowd, everyone who came to join me in the booth.. mattered even more than usually to me ❤️

Thank you for all this energy that you gave back to me, really. It meant a lot. 🙏

.. And when I was reading all your messages these past 24 hours, it really warmed my heart.. and encouraged me to share the set after all.

Even if I messed up some parts.. or if some things don’t make as much sense as I would have liked them to..
or maybe that’s all BS and just my own aspiration giving me a har by @elias.dore

This week I’m joined on the podcast by DJ, and producer @elias.dore We talked about one of his weirdest gigs closing a wedding in Beirut, the show where he felt chased by the audience, what a DJ owes the dance floor, and so much more!

Watch the full podcast available now on YouTube, or listen on Spotify with the links in bio by @elias.dore

Music Collection vs Music selection..
which one matters more?
Of course, in the end it’s always a blend of both.

But I really believe that one of the biggest skills as a DJ is your ability to listen. To your intuition, to the crowd and the moment.
I really love this image of a DJ being “in conversation” with the dancefloor.. ☺️💫
Wdyt?

I sometimes feel like there are people who have a hard time reconciling how I spend one weekend behind the decks..
and the next facilitating therapeutic group work.

But to me, these two worlds have a lot in common.

Whether it’s a dance floor or a circle of people on meditation pillows in a room.. in the end, I’m trying to create the same thing:

A space where people can feel what’s alive in them, connect to themselves and others.. and maybe leave a little more alive than when they arrived.

Feeling grateful that this week(end), both worlds align so well.. ❤️

Playing @cosyfestival on Friday 16.30h-18.30 and hopping straight from the stage onto a shuttle to drive to beautiful Bad Gandersheim and facilitate a Hero’s Journey for a week 🥰 by @elias.dore
