Peles Castle is a Neo-Renaissance palace in Sinaia, Romania 🇷🇴, in the Carpathian mountains. Built between 1873 and 1914 for King Carol I by German and Chech architects. The main central tower is 66m high. The castle is on lease from the royal family to the Romanian state and receives between a quarter and almost a half million visitors annually.

Salina Slănic Prahova / Unirea Salt Mine (Southern Romania):
One of the largest salt mines in Europe, sitting at a depth of 208 meters., with the domes reaching a staggering 58 meters height.
The temperature stays at a brisk 13°C year-round with roughly 70% humidity.
It includes 14 massive trapezoidal chambers, a cafe, sports fields, a salt museum, a playground, and the Supernova Planetarium.
Minibuses transport visitors through a 3km helical tunnel down into the mine.

Sighisoara is one of the most visited towns in Transylvania and listed by UNESCO as a world heritage since 1999. It is also known as the birthplace of Vlad Dracul (every bit of Transylvania claims some instances of his live). Place rose to prominence on the 16th and 17th century playing an important strategic and commercial role attracting artisans from all over Europe. Fact: The Clock Tower is the local landmark at 64 m height built on 14th century and reconstructed in 1677.

Warsaw, Poland, June 2026. Warsaw has 33 buildings exceeding 100m in height aiming to become the city with the most skyscrapers in Europe. It has also numerous parks, clean streets, no traffic and a lot of museums to visit. Exemplary city!
