Running for me has been a means to process, build community, see beautiful places, and practice self love/care with more intention. Proud of myself and excited to share that I trained for & finished my first trail marathon this spring! And had the best support team on the big day!!! 🥹❤️

The bulk of my training was in Portland this winter which typically looked like leaving the hospital and putting on a headlamp & rainjacket or finding a treadmill... but also got to train during sunset on the Portland waterfront and Forest Park, in central OR, southern CA foothills and beaches, Glen Alps in AK. This goal was self motivated but with incredible role models as inspiration & support (I'm looking at you Mozer family!) SO grateful and have so much respect for the running community, can't wait for more 💓 taken in Diamond Valley Lake by @eliberss
