Писма до малата јас
Letters to My Younger Self

Everything I am today is thanks to the girl who once dreamed with her eyes wide open. Today, I’m hugging her every time she thought she wasn't strong enough. Same soul, just a new chapter. 🤍
What would you whisper to your younger self if you met her today?

Long ago, before the shore knew the gentle murmur of great waters, there was only a small fountain at this sacred place...

A young maiden, wearing her most precious pearl necklace, came to fetch water. But fate would have it that the necklace snapped, lost to the silence of the forest.

When she realized what she had lost, she fell to her knees and wept bitterly. Her tears were so pure and profound that the earth opened up — and from every tear, an icy, crystal spring burst forth.

The saint blessed those tears never to grow murky, nor to blend with the lake... but to flow eternally as a pristine river — the Black Drin — all the way to Struga and beyond.

The Girl with the Pearl Necklace 🌊📿
