Hey combat sport athletes. I just put together my “Strength + Conditioning Split” specifically for fighters training 3–6 days a week.
If you want to get stronger and fitter without burning out from adding lifting on top of your fight training, comment “TRAIN” below as well as the amount of days you train and your sport and I’ll send it to you.

Most guys overtrain and under-recover. If you want to bounce back faster after your workouts…

Before: Zavier came to me doing systems, diets, etc that wasn’t working on top of the confusion from the internet in regards to feeling tired and wanting to elevate his performance
After: This time though 7 pounds down and now walks around at weight all the time without sacrificing strength, energy, etc
What changed: The right system in place for him and one that is sustainable without the cravings and distractions
If you’re sick of guessing with your fight nutrition and fueling strategies, I get it—I’ve been there.
DM ‘PLAN’ if you want the exact plan.

Go Warriors ⚔️ #committed

The moments, work, and sacrifices have led me to this opportunity and I am happy to say that I have committed to Indiana Tech. Thank you mom and dad for the sacrifices you guys make and the opportunities that you provide for me. Thank you to every coach that has guided me and made me a better person and wrestler, as well as the ones that have taken the time to recruit me. Thank you so much to the Indiana Tech Coaching Staff for their openness and I cannot wait to jump levels and be a warrior. by @elibroady_

Wow.

This is supposed to be a state champ post, but is the opposite. My intent was to chase performances and dominate, and it is hard to put into words what I have been feeling this week. I’m confused and still can’t wrap my head around the idea of losing and the fact that I can’t reach a goal that I wanted. I’ve been thinking to myself “why me?” Why did it have to be like that? And honestly I won’t know the answer until I see why, and I am putting full faith in god in showing me in the future. This experience was mentally demoralizing because I know that I am the best in the world, but simply didn’t perform to my potential to show it, and that pain will sit for a while. With that also comes a scary amount of lessons that will elevate my success, and push me super far in the right direction. I have so many things to say, but i don’t think captions can fit that many words and I am just going to keep it simple and say this… Going into high school, I was told by everyone that I should go to a different school, but I wanted to make a name for myself at Mt. Vernon. I understand that I let a lot of people down, but I hope that everyone that was on this journey with me understands how grateful I am for them. I just am so grateful and blessed for the support system that I have had throughout high school all the way from my friends, practice partners, family, and coaches and wouldn’t want anyone else to support me than those people. I can’t thank the best parents in the world enough. Aside from wrestling, I believe that I have developed and become a better person because of you guys. Thank you everyone for an unforgettable 4 years in this short time that we as humans have and I am so grateful for the opportunities that I have been provided with. I love wrestling so much and am blessed and grateful for what it teaches me. We are just gonna continue to try and jump levels every day and glorify god. God bless. by @elibroady_

Fun! Fun! Fun! 😁

I’m blessed to get to be able to compete again this season injury free and grateful that I have the opportunities that I have to wrestle. I also am thankful for my family, coaches, and support system. 🙏

Loss is apart of life. Ready to push the non existing limits and jump levels in this game and continue to perfect my non perfect craft 🎨 by @elibroady_
