90s babies didn’t fully live in this era but our parents made sure we knew every word.

What’s that one R&B song you used to play growing up… the one you still listen to today?

Drop it in the comments 👇
Let’s see who was really raised right.

LA, we had TOO much fun. 🔥

My live set from Club 1BD Los Angeles is officially available on Apple Music and this one is special because it’s my first mix ever on Apple Music. 🍎🎶

Major love to @club1bd for creating a space where DJs can really express ourselves, take chances and just have fun with the music.

And trust me… I read the comments. I hear the requests. 👀 We’re just getting started… head to Apple Music now

Happy 1 year anniversary to the love of my life. ❤️

Crazy to think this all started with a match on @hinge 🤣 They said the app was designed to be deleted, and apparently we took that VERY seriously. 😂

Over the years, I’ve been blessed to know you more deeply, and loving you has changed my life in ways I don’t think I could ever fully put into words. You saw the places where I doubted myself, reminded me of who I was, built up the man in me, and helped give me the confidence to walk boldly in who God has called me to be. Having you beside me has made me a better man in every way.

When we decided to get married, almost everyone told us how hard marriage could be and I know it always came from a place of love and good intentions. But rarely did we hear people talk about how beautiful marriage can be when you marry the right person.

So one year later, I can stand here boldly and say: marriage is beautiful with the right person.

I’ve learned that marriage isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about waking up every day and choosing to say “yes” again. Yes to each other. Yes to the commitment we made. Yes to continuing to grow together.

On the beautiful days, yes. On the hard days, yes. When life is easy, yes. When life gets heavy, yes. And with God at the center of it all, our answer is still yes.

And honestly, after surviving our first football season together, I knew we could make it through anything. 🤣

But in all seriousness, my love for you is unconditional. I knew you were the one when I saw the way you loved people. The way you cared for my nephew. The way you loved and treated my nieces like they were your own. Watching your heart in those moments left no doubt in my mind that you would be an incredible wife and, one day, an amazing mother.

And somehow, one year into marriage, I love you even more than I did the day I said “I do.”

Happy anniversary, my love. ❤️ Here’s to a lifetime of choosing each other and continuing to say yes.

Now… it’s been a year.

I think it’s time for some Blaxican babies. 🤣🤣🤣❤️ by @elijahjaron

Trying to clean the house while listening to Westside Whimsy was my first mistake 😂

“So Good” got me IMMEDIATELY 😭🔥

Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to sit down with Coach JT on 94 Feet and have a dope conversation about my upbringing, my journey, and the experiences that shaped my relationship with music.

A lot of people see the personality, the DJ, the videos, the moments… but don’t always know the backstory.

I didn’t have the easiest upbringing, but God kept me through it all. And looking back, so much of who I am today; how I move, how I connect with people, even how I connect with music, comes from where I came from.

I wouldn’t change my story for the world. 🙏🏾

We grew up with R&B and hip-hop living on the same playlists, the same radio stations, the same burned CDs. It all just felt like one world.
