Pregnant again in Hawaii captured by @yodel_media by @elikeaton

Today marks the 14-day sprint to LAKA launching in over 500 stores nationwide 🇺🇸

Committed to supporting Women across all age groups, seasons, phases + lifestyles.

You deserve balance + support to flow 🌀

Here we come 😀🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️

Can you guess where? 👇🏽 by @elikeaton

It’s easy to get sucked into the dopamine of what a perfect routine could look like on you. Wellness has sold a really nice possible way of living. But for most of us, that only adds to the stress. Instead, let’s focus mostly on the basics and simply doing them really well, really consistently, and of realllll good quality.

If your house being clean reduces your stress load and you are the one cleaning it, then that’s just as important for your routine if not more than NAD+ and fancy peptides.

In the last 3 years, instead of being “up” in all the latest wellness simply because I work in the industry I’ve instead given myself permission to just focus on a few great things that I can actually remember to repeat.

Also physically, literally, truly, there’s no time. Doing that and obsessing over that crowds out even more time I have with my kids and actually DOING the routine.
And a cleanish house.

Supplements are cool. But have you ever started a Monday with a crazy clean house?

What would happen if you gave yourself permission to care less?

It feels good to rotate a few great rituals throughout your day and forget about the rest. Liberating, truly.

At LAKA, we only develop rituals that are easy, effective, and worth. by @elikeaton

What would you tell your younger self if you could go back in time? Hormones are a gift? Same.

SheSync+ is one of the easiest starting points. Look forward to each phase because you do (women!) have a manual. It’s the female manual.

BONE MARROW COLD FOAM

Im no bone marrow expert but I am a cold foam connoisseur and I am easily distracted and I do love caffeine

Here’s what I did:
1 quart heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp almond extract
3 tbsp bone marrow

Bone marrow is amazing for potential energy, immune support, bone health (shocking!!!!), deep oxygenation of the body, and luscious skin.

I won’t give up my cold foam addiction but I will make it more mineral dense by @elikeaton
