As this year draws to a close it has been a good time to reflect on one that I will remember forever.

Leaving everything you know and love to start again from scratch the other side of the planet, and the ups and downs that come with it have been a strange one to navigate, but life has certainly levelled up. Today myself and these good men ran the unfortunately cancelled Brecon to Cardiff 70km ultra marathon.

With the amount of money already raised in aid of @velindrefundraising and the miles invested in training, we thought it would be fitting to stick to the plan.
