Questa mattina, nella suggestiva cornice del Castello di San Giusto, si è tenuta la conferenza stampa di presentazione della VII edizione de Le Stagioni delle Armi e della X edizione di LEGIOMANIA, i due appuntamenti estivi dedicati alla divulgazione storico-didattica che animeranno il Castello di San Giusto, dal 25 luglio al 13 settembre, e il Museo d’Antichità “J.J. Winckelmann”, dal 18 al 20 settembre.

Nel corso dell’incontro sono intervenuti Massimo Andreoli, Presidente di Wavents, ed Elisa Andreoli, Presidente di CERS – Consorzio Europeo Rievocazioni Storiche, che hanno illustrato il programma e le principali novità delle due manifestazioni, realizzate in collaborazione con il Comune di Trieste, i Musei Storici e numerose associazioni di rievocazione storica provenienti da tutta Italia.

Per CERS Italia è motivo di grande orgoglio contribuire a un progetto che, anno dopo anno, promuove la rievocazione storica come strumento di divulgazione e valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale. Attraverso ricostruzioni storicamente documentate, dimostrazioni, laboratori e attività immersive, Le Stagioni delle Armi e LEGIOMANIA offrono un’esperienza capace di avvicinare persone di ogni età alla storia in modo coinvolgente e autentico.

Un sentito ringraziamento al Comune di Trieste, a Wavents e a tutti i gruppi di rievocazione che, con competenza e passione, renderanno possibile questa nuova stagione di eventi.

Un grazie anche alla rappresentanza della Compagnia de Tergeste, oggi presente in abito storico.

Proud to take part of the journey of Visit Italy sharing impressions from a recent retreat at Castello di Giomici in Umbria.

Three inspiring days to celebrate an extraordinary milestone: 10 years of Visit Italy. An opportunity to reflect on the goal that brought us here, celebrate achievements, share ideas for the future, and strengthen the bonds that make our work meaningful every day.

I am truly proud to be part of this team, to have witnessed its growth over the past 4 years of collaborations and to have contributed, in my own way, to the path that has made Visit Italy what it is today.

Among the many memorable moments, the immersive medieval team-building experience in collaboration with Palio of Valfabbrica was meaningful. More than a celebration, it was a powerful reminder of the cultural and educational value of historical reenactment. Taking part in this experience in my new role as President of CERS made it even more meaningful for me. Historical reenactment also requires new tools and new ways of communicating to share history and knowledge, promoting cultural heritage through innovative perspectives and making the experiences of the past accessible and meaningful for future generations.

Happy 10th anniversary, Visit Italy. 🇮🇹

Tempora in Aquileia, held from June 19th to 21st 2026, marked my first official public engagement as President of CERS.

It was a particularly meaningful occasion because it embodied a vision that I believe is essential for the future of historical reenactment and cultural heritage communication.

Innovation in cultural heritage should never mean leaving tradition behind. Instead, it means finding new ways to make it resonate with contemporary audiences, while preserving the authenticity, research, and educational value that define our work.

Tempora 2026 demonstrated what can happen when institutions, cultural organizations, reenactors, and communication professionals work together toward a shared goal: creating new models of heritage engagement capable of reaching broader audiences without compromising historical integrity.

As President of CERS, this is the direction I would like to continue pursuing: strengthening the role of historical reenactment as a powerful tool for cultural dissemination while embracing new languages, formats, and opportunities for engagement.

The future of heritage communication lies not in choosing between tradition and innovation, but in building a dialogue between them.

72h in China — behind the scenes 🇨🇳✨

Celebrating the 46th anniversary of the Sister City Relationship between Venice and Suzhou: a bridge of culture, dialogue, and friendship inspired by the legacy of Marco Polo and strengthened through the connection between East and West.

A short but truly inspiring journey, filled with meaningful encounters, shared visions, and genuine friendships. Together, we renewed our commitment to collaboration, mutual respect, and cultural exchange continuing to build bridges that unite people, histories, and futures.

And just like that, it begins! ✨ Biennale Arte has finally arrived.

My week kicked off yesterday at Palazzo Diedo (@berggruendiedo) where I’ve been working on the digital communication for two remarkable new exhibitions.

“Strange Rules” explores Protocol Art, an artistic practice that engages with the evolving rules of production, distribution, and perception in the digital age. Curated by Mat Dryhurst (@matdryhurs), Holly Herndon (@holly_herndon), Hans Ulrich Obrist (@hansulrichobrist), and Adriana Rispoli (@adrianarispoli_curator).

“Ceal Floyer.” is a comprehensive retrospective dedicated to the late British artist Ceal Floyer, who passed away in December 2025. Curated by Ann Gallagher (@anncgall) and Jonathan Watkins (@jonathan__watkins__).

Grateful to be part of such an inspiring Social Media & Communication team, alongside @marsilioarte (@giuliamanus, @lara__vianello, @marta.bettiol) and @hubovestudio (@eleonorarebiscini @elmatteo_ & @elenagatto).

Yesterday’s preview of “Dash” by @cao_fei at @fondazioneprada was huge.

Meeting Cao Fei in person was a highlight, but seeing her translate the complexities of contemporary China into such a deep, multi-sensory experience was truly incredibile.

From smart agriculture and AI drones to the ancient rituals of the land, this exhibition asks the big questions: Can we find a new unity between Humanity, Technology, and the Cosmos?

I’m leaving Milan feeling inspired and more ready than ever for my return to Suzhou this May. 🇨🇳✨

Yesterday, Berggruen Arts&Culture (@berggruendiedo) and Berggruen Institute Europe (@casadeitreoci) hosted the opening of a landmark exhibition at Casa dei Tre Oci, Venice: “Joseph Kosuth. The-exchange-value-of-language-has-fallen-to-zero.”

Curated by Mario Codognato and Adriana Rispoli (@adrianarispoli_curator) the exhibition spans over 50 years of Kosuth’s pioneering conceptual practice.

Incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work together with @hubovestudio (with @elmatteo_ & @eleonorarebiscini) and @marsilioarte (with @giuliamanus and @lara__vianello) on the digital communication strategy for @berggruendiedo.
