Ja, så kjøpte jeg en Too good to go pose fra Coop Exstra i dag, og jammen var det både kjøttkaker og kjøttboller oppe i posen….men kjøttkakene var blitt dårlige, luktet skikkelig surt…. og like godt var det, altså begge inneholdt rapsolje, som setter i gang betennelser i kroppen og er kun unyttig, men bambus-fiber, what? BAMBUS??? Nei nå altså….og i kjøttbollene:vegetabilsk fiber bambus og potet….BAMBUS….
har hørt rykter om sagflis, men bambus….jøss…..jaja, søppelbøtta ble mett i hvert fall….. by @elisabethblanche

In Norwegian we call this spring onions, I’m re-growing it for the second time, I change the water every day, that’s all.

-7, but feels like -16 🥶
It was cold this morning too,
but not like this….
Ok Trulte, you better be quick to do your business on this walk!
But she doesn’t care 🤣,
her fur is double coated,
and I put a sweater and a jacket on her, also because of the wind…..
Well, on with the duvet jacket for me then, and the boots with spikes underneath….kind of scary with the ice underneath the snow…. 👵🤓☺️ by @elisabethblanche

Walking by the streets, or in nature?
I definitely know what I prefer❣️

Feeling lost and lonely?
Hug a tree, put your arms around it,
really lean into it and put your forehead against it, not your chin.
Think about how grounded the tree is,
with it’s deep roots, and see in your mind that big roots go from under your feet and deep down into the earth,
take a couple of deep breaths,
relax your jaw,
lower your shoulders🙂

Bring your mind back to here and now, because it’s here you are,
yesterday is gone… tomorrow is not yet here, so be here for a minute, right here and now❣️❣️❣️

If anyone asks what you are doing, answer that you are talking to your best friend, then walk away with your head held high and proud 😂😂😂
