So lucky to close out my outdoor season training and racing here in Europe. So many new experiences this rookie year, can’t wait to get back to it soon 🫶 by @elisestearns

Speed suit debut and 1500 PR for 4:04 in Germany 💫

Been dying to get a 1500 in this summer, maybe for some experience definitely for a guaranteed PR. 16 second drop 🫣. Hopefully see a few more of these in the future ❤️‍🔥

Feeling so grateful for this indoor season, I’ve been waiting to get a healthy competitive season for a little while now- especially in track omg. The most gratitude that I’ve been uplifted and supported by some incredible women everyday on the road back (thx u NAU wmns team). Every start line was a big checkpoint in gaining experience and getting back to it. Ran some big PR’s, scrappy races, did so many race day nails, and just saw what was possible week to week. Excited to keep this momentum going in outdoor! by @elisestearns

Unbelievable team and season ⛰️🌻✨

The past few months have been unforgettable. This team has been building for years, creating something that stands behind teammates, supporting and fighting for each other more than reaching for results together. That realization is here. I couldn’t be happier or prouder with what we did together. (NCAA runner up team 😏)

It’s tough when it feels defined by one part. On a personal note I had no momentum coming off a redshirted outdoor season and an injury plagued indoor. I put myself back in the mix, raised the bar in training and got to chase new parts of my running. NCAA’s didn’t reflect that and but it wasn’t the benchmark of my success this season. It’s still disappointing don’t worry 🥲 stay hungry, get faster and fiercer 👹✨ by @elisestearns

Finally raced a track championship! Might not have been what I was expecting,
the past few months having been some of my most challenging. Still fought for every step on the way to make this race happen and piece together a small indoor season even if it was so far from what I wanted. Somewhere in this there’s a lot to be gained and lessons learned but for now it’s a relief to close this chapter and finally move on.

Next up is to get real, get right, and get healthy again 🫶 by @elisestearns
