Over the years, I’ve learned the power of peaceful moments.
Moments where I can just breathe, reflect and be.

(I must have drifted into the clouds on the marina. A lady walked over just to let me know how peaceful I looked.😌🌱)

POV: Saturdays with my young Queen and crew. 💕🙏🏽
#HeyLadies 🫶🏽

People: “They’re not going to want to spend time with you when they reach their teens!”

She told me she looks forward to our Saturdays. 🥹

✨ Insights for growth:

👉🏽Take inventory of what matters to you and then intentionally dedicate time & space to those things. If you do those areas will grow. Relationships, businesses, skills, mindset, fitness….

👉🏽 If you’re strategic you can layer intentions within one occurrence. For instance here, I’m nurturing my relationship with my daughter, addressing fitness goals, building community & passing down good practices. #Generational ❤️

👉🏽 Also, people will talk. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Focus on what you can control… you and your actions!
