Let’s be real… how many times does your belt come undone during Jiu-Jitsu class? 😂

Try this Unbreakable Knot life hack and spend less time fixing your belt and more time rolling 🥋

Save this for your next class and give it a try!

Little Dragons, orange belts & above! Did you know we have Jiu-jitsu classes on Fridays from 5:30–6:00 PM?

These classes take place in our small gym and are completely optional! It’s a fun way to introduce your child to a different martial art and let them try something new. by @elite.edmonton
