I sat down with Mark, The Land Geek, who uses raw land as his main freedom vehicle, the same way I use my vending route. I asked him the questions I'd ask before putting my own money in. What it really costs. What the work actually is. And whether it passes the Vacation Test: does it run when you don't?

If you're thinking through your own version of this, whatever the asset ends up being, that's exactly why I write my newsletter every week. Not to hype an idea, but to actually break down the mechanics behind it, the real numbers, the real timeline, the real tradeoffs, so you can decide if it's worth your time before you spend any of it.

Comment "LAND" and I'll send you the link to subscribe. You'll be the first to know when the full conversation with Mark goes live. by @elite.mindsets
