SANAA : “Dad I knew you’ll be here “
Dad: I’ll always be here for you no matter what Sanaa

So much to say but sometimes it’s best to say nothing at all.

Quiet grind . Loud Results🔥
This decision for me was a no brainer. I am 1000% commited to the grind and the journey . Cant wait to learn from & compete with the best. Thank you to my family and my coaches for supporting me and always seeing what others couldnt. Time to get to work. Never Underestimate the under dog🤫🔰💚 #nextchapter #pcl #basketball #highschool by @elitegrindtraining_

Happy 30th Birthday To Me !

Moving at my own pace, and the more I allow myself to move with it, the easier everything seems to become. Ive notice myself feeling less pressure to have all the answers right away.

The things I’ve been putting off don’t feel as heavy, and the decisions I’ve been waiting to make begin finding their own timing. It isn’t because life suddenly
becomes simple. It’s because I’m no longer asking myself to have everything figured out before taking the next step. There’s a confidence that grows when you stop rushing your own life.

Life has a beautiful way of reminding you that your timing is part of the path, not something standing in the way of it. by @elitegrindtraining_
