Faith is the foundation.

@robert_bencomo14 opens up about how he leads Elite Lending and it all starts with faith. Faith isn’t just something that he does on Sundays. It is how he begins his day and ends it.

Every single day, he prays for strength for himself, his team, and his family. Running a business is tough. Being a CEO is tough. Managing people is tough. But in faith, Robert believes that everything happens for a reason. The good things? You take them with grace and pray in gratitude. The bad things? You take them with grace too and pray for strength to get through them.

Sometimes life puts you in hard positions on purpose. Not to break you, but to prepare you for what’s coming next. That’s the mindset. That’s the leadership. And that’s what keeps Elite Lending moving forward no matter what.

A South Florida local with roots in Brazil, Vic brings discipline, perspective, and a genuine passion for helping families achieve homeownership. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, he's built his career on relationships, hard work, and guiding clients through one of the biggest milestones of their lives.

Three years with Elite Lending and counting, Vic credits the experience with shaping not only his business mindset, but his outlook on life. Whether he's helping a first-time homebuyer, training for a run, or staying sharp with market insights and podcasts, he's always focused on growth.

For @broker.vic8, the most rewarding part of the job is simple: helping people build their future in the United States, one home at a time.

The right investment opportunity deserves the right financing strategy.

We're grateful to have helped our client secure financing for this condo purchase using a DSCR loan, allowing the property's rental income to help support qualification.

Thank you for trusting @loansbykg and Elite throughout the process and for sharing your experience. Whether it's a first investment property or the next addition to a portfolio, we're committed to making the financing journey as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Luxury financing isn't one-size-fits-all.

This $1.1M purchase in the prestigious lakefront community of MiraLago in Parkland was made possible through a Non-QM Bank Statement loan designed to help qualified borrowers leverage alternative income documentation.

Congratulations to our client on this incredible milestone, and a special shoutout to @jay.the.mortgage.dad and Realtor partner @carlossellsflorida. Transactions like these are a great reminder that successful closings are built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.

Thank you for allowing Elite Lending to be part of the journey.

Faith isn't just about what you believe. It's about how you live, serve, and treat people when no one is watching.

In this conversation, @silviioo_ and his Realtor partner, @gregorio.miami, discuss how their faith influences the decisions they make, the clients they serve, and the foundation they rely on when facing challenges.

A meaningful discussion on purpose, perspective, and staying grounded in a fast-paced industry. This is just the beginning of the conversation — more insights from Silvio and David coming soon.

There’s nothing better than seeing the moment all the planning, paperwork, and patience pays off.

Congratulations to our client on officially becoming a homeowner, and to @lucas.cuetara for being there every step of the way.

Just one week ago, more than 1,000 members and guests came together to celebrate excellence, the LBA way! 🏆✨

45 years after our very first Awards Ceremony, this tradition remains one of the most important moments of the year for our Association. It’s an opportunity to recognize the people and companies whose hard work, vision, and dedication continue to shape South Florida’s construction industry.

This year, we presented more than 60 awards, celebrating everything from outstanding projects and professional achievements to the individuals and families who have left a lasting mark on our community.

A very special congratulations to @terragroupmiami and the Martin family, recipients of this year’s Lorenzo Luaces Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing a legacy that has helped transform South Florida and inspire generations of builders and developers.

Our sincere thanks to our Title Sponsor, @core1937 , and every sponsor who helped bring this year’s ceremony to life. Your continued support allows us to give our members the recognition they deserve and carry this tradition forward.

And to all our nominees and winners, congratulations! Your hard work, dedication, and accomplishments deserve to be celebrated, and we’re proud to have you as part of the LBA community.

What a day, and what a great reminder of why we’ve kept this tradition going for 45 years. Thank you to everyone who was part of it! 🙌

Self-employed doesn’t mean unqualified.

If your tax returns don’t tell the full story of your income, that doesn’t necessarily mean homeownership is off the table. There may be other financing options worth exploring based on your financial picture.

If you’re self-employed and wondering where you stand, let’s connect.
