thats a wrap, junior cricket is over. i can’t believe how quickly it has come too an end, through the ups and downs, the goods but also definitely the bads, the worst seasons too the best, good and bad coaches, but here i am today, still as strong as ever. about 3 seasons ago i was at the point where i wanted too quit, where i didnt think it was fun anymore, where i was 12th man, and getting dropped and not selected for a side made me doubt if i wanted too play, but my parents told me β€œtheres other clubs out there eliza dont worry” so i decided β€œlets trial for south perth” let me tell u, best decision of my life, the girls and coaches are amazing, made my love for cricket come running back and also saw the potential in my cricket, they believed in me and made me who i am today. but also i wanna give another massive thankyou too @bdevchand you have been the best private coach ever, without you my batting wouldn’t be as good as it is today, you weren’t only just a coach but also a therapist, and i’m grateful for you, big shoutout too her. the biggest lesson i learnt through my season is β€œthe bad will always turn into good” just because the season isn’t going the way you want it to go and you aren’t getting the help u need or getting selected, doesn’t mean u end it there, find a better club and show up so u can prove others what they are missing out on. thankyouu for everyone especially my family for the support you gave me❀️ by @eliza.oconnor16
