For the opening of the film program on Thursday, October 29, @amfq & @elizabethgl33 present their performance “Headless“ as part of the „Beyond Imagining“ program at @BerlinischeGalerie.

Love messages, promises of money, and miraculous opportunities: part thriller, part digital romance, the performance sheds light on the mechanisms of seduction hidden behind these messages. Disposable phones, Telegram channels, and music made from notifications create an immersive experience at the heart of our hyperconnected world.

tearing through the @frozenx7star haze in W̲h̲i̲t̲e̲o̲u̲t̲ ̲S̲t̲r̲a̲y̲: A closed circuit of devotion

presented for @solo___show Symposium of Post-Mysticism

frozenstar is the unfaced idol — overexposed, detail-less, a surface that reflects everything projected onto it while absorbing nothing. She is the totem that organises the information overwhelm into devotion, the saint who exceeds every representation of herself.

no fixed origin; recursively ae-sexual; agnostically misaligned; anti genesis; signal over flesh; auto-canonisation

For the opening of the film program on Thursday, October 29, @amfq & @elizabethgl33 present their performance “Headless,” a romance-scam thriller seeking out the elusive source of a headless operation.

Originally created for the execution chamber at the Musée d’Art et d’Histoire in Geneva, the performance is being reconfigured site-specifically for “Beyond Imagining” at the @berlinischegalerie and performed in front of a painting by Lovis Corinth.

Declarations of love. Promises of wealth, luck, and opportunity. Spam and scam culture rely on messages of abundance to hook victims in. But where lies the head of relentless positivity?

The evening will also feature a DJ set by @globalglobb. From 6pm onwards, admission to the museum is free, and visitors are invited to watch the film program featuring works by @vika.kirchenbauer @simona.andrioletti @technoflesh @sarasadikofficiel by @elizabethgl33

finding thermal dissonance in a meditation on shutters, sunbeds, inner springs, entrapment and exposure; as a poly-climate citizen, what it means to adapt to a threshold that keeps moving?

a piece caught between stalled thermo-futurities and pyromanic realism.

1̳ It’s illegal to look.

At 150km/h the skin begins to be aerodynamically shredded.

The speed is not hers.

_̳_̳_̳_̳_̳_̳_̳_̳

2̳ ̳ The exosphere gaslit me for being too alive.

For wanting to meet whoever, whatever I encounter with speed.

As a wing walker, I’m not attractive enough for gravity to want me.

_̳_̳_̳_̳_̳_̳_̳_̳

3̳ ̳ ̳ What is most crucial is that the loop of expenditure remains recursive, and ultimately sealed from xeno-inteferrences.

The infrastructure desires only the continuous.

It can’t touch the tarmac at speed.
