We did it ❤️
Against all odds, we still managed to share and celebrate our love with the people that hold a special place in our hearts. Despite life's challenges, we supported each other through all the hardships. I love you my king, @charliek.mtl , you've taught me how to smile and believe in true love. I can't live without you and I will be honored to spend forever with you.

The strongest actions for a woman is to love herself, be herself and shine amongst those who never believed she could.

This vacation gave me beautiful memories, but the sweetest part was sharing it all with you, my baby.

You make every place feel like home and every moment feels magical. Being your mama is the greatest blessing of my life.

☀️ Summer pictures dump.

Another summer coming to an end, and another season of life I’ll never be the same after.

Looking back at these past few months, I realize just how much they’ve changed me. Becoming parents has been beautiful, but it has also been challenging in ways we could never have fully prepared for. So much adapting, learning, figuring things out day by day, and discovering a completely new version of ourselves.

Right after giving birth, I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease that brought with it unexpected challenges and what sometimes felt like endless doctor appointments. Postpartum is already a huge adjustment, and navigating it while learning to live with a new diagnosis made this season even more challenging.

But somewhere along the way, I learned something I desperately needed to learn: slow down.

To stop feeling like I have to do everything.
To stop measuring my days by how much I accomplished.
To put my energy where it truly matters.
To appreciate the little moments.

Through all of it, I am grateful. Grateful for life. Grateful for my family. Grateful for our little bundle of joy who has completely changed our world and given so much more meaning to it.

This season challenged me, slowed me down, and changed me in ways I’m still discovering.

And maybe that’s what growing is sometimes not becoming stronger by doing more, but learning when to pause, breathe, appreciate, and simply keep showing up.

Here’s to the memories we made, the lessons we learned, and to whatever this next season brings. 🍂🤍

Grateful.Grounded. Learning. Growing. And still showing up.

Time goes by so fast… I can’t believe it’s already been 4 years since we said “I do.”

That morning, we watched our wedding video and remembered every little detail, the reasons why, and all the love that surrounded us that day. Four years later, our love has grown from two hearts to three.

Thank you, @alia_mtl for making our anniversary so special. Beautiful place, delicious food, and 5⭐️ service!

Here’s to us and many more beautiful years together.

Love you @charliek.mtl by @elizabethojeil

This Mother’s Day feels completely different in the most beautiful way celebrating it for the first time as a mom to my wonderful little angel who changed my life forever. He has taught me a whole new meaning of love, patience, and joy.
