Nothing beats Cornwall in summer 💙 Boat Bay Beach is just one of the gorgeous hidden coves to be explored (A 10-minute walk along the coastal path to the left of Harlyn Bay)

I can’t believe I didn’t come here sooner! A hidden spa tucked away in the woodland behind Mawgan Porth beach from only £14 a visit. I imagine it would be even more magical in the rain. Save for your next trip to Cornwall 🍃

I’ll take my coffee in the tree tops please ☕️. This has to be one of the most unique spots for Coffee in Cornwall.

📍Tree of Life Cafe, St Nectan’s Glen

And what a summer it was 🌊 ☀️

Soaking up the last of the summer with a trip further west for a dreamy overnight stay @houselbay hotel and a quick visit St Mawes and Kynance Cove.

The jumper I’ll be wearing until further notice.

The perfect coastal girl knit for throwing on after a surf, beach walks and trips to the pub. I bought from Goose & Gander in Padstow, Cornwall 🌊

I think this could be the viral ‘sheep’ jumper (iykyn) of 2026 and beyond.

Please bring out in other colour ways @ggltd 💙🪿

The season for starling murmurations is fast approaching (typically from October to March).

I return to this spot in Cornwall year after year to witness one of nature’s most magical displays, as thousands of starlings fill the evening sky and move together in cloud like patterns.

Have you ever seen a starling murmuration in the UK?

A short story 🥔…..sometimes the journey is as good as the destination. The coast path from Rocky Valley to Boscastle is one of my favourite routes in Cornwall. Best done on a Sunday, when you’re in pursuit of a delicious roast dinner at the Cobweb Inn (one of the best pubs in Cornwall). The hike takes between 1-2 hours and the views are phenomenal!

I think this might be the most serene wild swimming spot I’ve ever been to. Tucked away in the Cornish countryside, Delphy Pool is a former granite quarry that’s been transformed into a wild swimming spot and spa, complete with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna. When we visited, they were also hosting a grounding yoga flow class with the lovely @ncdanceandfitness, making the whole experience feel even more peaceful.

Save @delphy_pool for your next visit to Cornwall!

An empty beach with my dog will always be my favorite place to be. Preferably in Cornwall 💙🐚🌊

The best sunset spot in Cornwall? Trebarwith Strand will always be my number one spot to watch the sun go down 🌅
