habanada and confit garlic focaccia habanada peppers have the sweet floral taste of a habanero without any of the heat! Get them while you can! Peppers are almost done for the season. I roasted these at a high temperature for about 15 minutes then let them marinate in some olive oil, thyme and a splash of vinegar (a method that I use for all sweet peppers) I then added them to my focaccia along with tons of soft garlic, thyme and feta 🌶️ 🧄 #foccacia #seasonaleats #habanada #homebaking #farmersmarketfinds by @elizapayres
