I’ve been a parkinson boxing instructor for about 3.5 years , I helped run and coordinate a program for 2 years at Element gym till July 2026 , now I teach it 1-2 times a month as needed . If you are not familiar with Parkinson’s, It’s an incurable illness as it wrecks havoc on the nervous system and messes the dopamine production in the nerve cells in the brain 🧠, Well Boxing helps with , Physical activity and memory along with coordination and other benefits!!!
