Periods shouldn’t be a reason teens give up sport but sadly, they are. And a big part of the problem is that we still don’t talk about periods in sport nearly enough.

We recently Royal New Zealand Ballet’s Ella Chambers what it’s like to be a professional dancer and have to manage your period. She’s got some great advice so stay tuned for more from Ella and the Royal New Zealand Ballet team over the next few weeks.
