8 years later and it’s crazy to think how much this sport and this program has given me. The Lord has provided abundantly through every part of my running career. While things didn’t end the way I had wanted or hoped for, I’ve met some of the best people in my life, traveled to places I’d never thought I’d go and accomplished things I honestly never expected for myself.

As this chapter in my life comes to a close, I’m filled with gratitude for everything this journey has given me ,while also feeling excited for what’s ahead. It’s hard to move on from something that has played such a significant role in my life, but I have peace knowing who is writing my story.

Thank you @lsutrackandfield for some of the best years of my life, geaux tigers forever 🤍! by @ella_chesnut

feeling extra blessed and grateful to be apart of something so much bigger than myself, 23rd in the nation for our first national appearance and enjoying every step along the way🤍

on a more serious note, I couldn’t be more grateful to toe the line one more time with some pretty special people for my final cross race! the future of this program is bright and I couldn’t be more thankful for the girls that have come before us that helped make this moment possible, geaux tigers🤍 by @ella_chesnut

while this past season in my life has been full of many ups & downs, I’m super thankful for the one thing in my life that has been consistent: my teammates & Jesus. Looking forward with excitement to run in circles one more year with some of my very best friends! 👋🏼 junior year
