6 stages every content creator goes through:

1. The Fulfillment Stage — brands are reaching out, PRs are coming in, paid collaborations are happening and suddenly everything feels like it’s finally paying off.

2. The Confusion Stage — you don’t know what you’re doing anymore. Your content doesn’t feel like it makes sense and you’re questioning your niche, your strategy and sometimes yourself.

3. The “I’m Just Posting” Stage — you stop overthinking every post. You post, close the app and keep moving. No expectations, just vibes.

4. The Burnout Stage — you’re tired, overwhelmed and wondering if content creation is even for you anymore.

5. The Break Stage — you realise you actually need to step away, breathe and reset instead of forcing yourself to create.

6. The Go-Getter Stage — usually activated when you remember your goals and realise the year is almost over. Suddenly you’re pitching brands, posting consistently, networking and trying to make that 10K happen. 😭

And the funny thing is… you can go through these stages more than once.

Five things I’ve learned since I started taking content creation seriously:

1. Showing up is better than perfection.
Waiting until everything is perfect will have you waiting forever. Sometimes, you just have to post, learn, and keep going.

2. A community is better than a large following.
Numbers are exciting, but having people who genuinely connect with what you create means so much more than simply having a lot of followers.

3. Authenticity is better than being performative.
It’s actually easier to be yourself than to constantly perform a version of yourself you think people will like. The right people will connect with the real you.

4. You are yet to meet a better audience.
Every time I think, “This is as good as it gets,” I discover another opportunity, another person, another community, or another level I didn’t even know existed. There is always more to explore.

5. Consistency is learning how to keep going.
It doesn’t mean you never lose momentum or have days when you question everything. Sometimes, consistency simply means finding your way back to creating.

This is actually the first time I’m posting anything fitness-related on here, and honestly, I’ve been scared to.

I think part of me was scared that the moment I started documenting it, I’d stop and I was scared that I wouldn’t see the results

I’ve been doing this for about 4 months now, mostly walking, and I only started incorporating jogging about 3 weeks ago. I haven’t been perfectly consistent, and I’ve definitely had periods where I did absolutely nothing for a while.

So this is me choosing to document the process instead of waiting until I have the “perfect” fitness journey to show.

No perfect workouts. No dramatic transformation. Just walking, jogging, stopping to breathe, checking the time, and trying again.
Anyway… this is what getting active looks like for me right now. 🤎

So, why do I put powder on my brows before filling them in? 👀

It helps take away that greasy/slippery feeling from skincare or product buildup on the brow, gives my brow products a smoother surface to work on, and helps my pencil or gel show up more evenly.

And just to clear that up there’s was foundation on my brow. Foundation or concealer only comes in afterwards if I need to clean up or sharpen the shape.

It’s such a small step, but I really notice the difference in how my brow products apply when I do it.
