I can’t believe I had this postcard paradise to myself - I found so many treasures and honestly could have spent all day there.

If you’re a crafter visiting Oslo and looking for junk or travel journal ephemera, this is the place to go 💌

I’ve been meaning to share my mom’s mini junk calendar project for a while now. Every time I see it I love looking at all the little dots of paper she’s collected. A few months in and it’s already looking so great! 🗓️

Do I already have electronic version of my plane ticket on my phone? Yes. Will I still stop and print out a paper one? Also yes.

My junk journalling style is minimal compared to most but sometimes you just got let your junk do the work and show the original designs off in their entirety.

The library also serves as a fantastic free workspace if you plan to do some travel journalling on-location after you’ve picked up some Oslo-themed paper souvenirs.

I found so many beautiful treasures for my junk journal at this bookshop in Bath, UK. Plus so many interesting novels from the 20th century I’ve never heard of. Certainly worth checking out if you’re planning a visit to this historic town in England.

I’ve heard about blank books before online but this was my first time seeing them in person and wow were there so many beautiful options. Let me know if you want to see the one I ended up getting.
