if you are a little too familiar with what this month means I just wanted to say I love you and am here to listen! I truly don’t know what to say because I’m not healed yet, I didn’t think coming to college I would dive deeper into old patterns and habits again but I have. living a life so focused on looking a certain way or hyper focusing on the number on the scale or the number on the nutrition label that I have started to not be myself. I truly don’t know what to say, but I am really just wanting to break the stigma around eating disorders. People are often too scared to bring it up and we need to do the complete opposite because this is a mental and physical disorder that is killing people all the time! You do not have to have a certain look to “qualify” for an eating disorder. Please I beg check in on the people who you know are struggling and especially on the people you question if they are struggling! Ask the hard and uncomfortable questions because you could be saving a life ❤️❤️YOU deserve a life not focusing on changing your body but loving and using the body God gave you by @ellaevans6474
